Craig has worked in the science centre industry for over 20 years. His early career was spent as a Science Communicator, delivering and developing education programs. He went on to manage the Science Centre at Scitech (Western Australia’s Science Centre) for many years before moving into a senior leadership role overseeing the strategic delivery operations of Scitech, including the Science Centre, Community Outreach, Exhibition Curation, and Professional Development programs.

Craig has been part of the Scitech team that has received significant international recognition. Scitech’s travelling exhibitions have been honoured with the Roy L. Shafer Leading Edge Award, presented by the Association of Science and Technology Centers (ASTC), recognising excellence and innovation within the global science centre field. Scitech has also received a Roy L. Shafer Leading Edge Award for its Aboriginal Education Programs, acknowledging its leadership in culturally responsive STEM engagement.
Internationally, Craig is an Executive Council Member of ASPAC (Asia Pacific Science Centre Network), where he helps organise and support professional development programs and conferences across the region.

Outside of work, Craig lives on a small acreage farm just outside the city of Perth, Australia, where he farms fruit and nut trees, grows his own vegetables (generously shared with the local kangaroos), and raises chickens and ducks. This lifestyle reflects his philosophy of working hard while also remembering to enjoy life, take time to relax, and make space for the things that matter most.
