Sharing Connections-Collections

Exhibitions and museum collections are an essential part of educating existing audiences, and reaching new audiences. International partnerships enrich our exhibitions by bringing in new artefacts and insights. In the wider context, they promote understanding and cooperation between nations. Partnerships with Russia and Russian organizations have been incredibly successful for the Science Museum Group with regards to a number of exhibitions. These are specifically Cosmonauts: Birth of the Space Age, which opened at the Science Museum in London in 2015, the Soyuz capsule tour, and most recently The Last Tsar.
