It is human nature to love answers; that tendency can prevent us from coming up with deep solutions. We all face problems in our organizations; each requires a different solution.
How do we clearly define our problem, to insure we find the right solution? When thinking of a solution, how do we ideate? What strategies can we use to insure we overcome our counterproductive tendency to fixate on a specific solution? What do we do when we come up with more than one possible solution, which one should we go for?
