Biography:

Ali Hamza Çekinmez was born and received his formal education in Turkey. He graduated with a degree of master of science and bachelor of science in teaching physics. He graduated from Boğaziçi University of İstanbul 12 years ago. He relocated to his hometown Bursa upon graduation and served in the Turkish Air force. He was honorably discharged at the end of May 2013. He taught middle high school mathematics and science for three years within the Turkish Ministry of National Education. He joined Bursa Science and Technology Center science communication team starting January 2017. He is very much content teaching as a science communicator and believes science communication is an indispensable service to a community. He organized international workshops of Science Expo and is the contact person with relations of ASPAC. He is attending NAMES Conference with the hopes of establishing more relations.
