Design Squad Global Clubs

The Design Squad Global Clubs (DSGCs) is an initiative launched under the umbrella of NAMES Network, and the leadership of Al-Nayzak Organization for Supportive Education and Scientific Innovation. The DSGCs are currently running between NAMES Members in Palestine, Lebanon, Tunisia, Turkey, and Saudi Arabic; the sessions of the current round take place once per week for 12 weeks, from 14 February to 17 April 2019.

EMME 2019, 27-31 October: Save the Date!

The 4th edition of the Euro-Mediterranean and Middle East Summer School for Science Communication, EMME 2019, will take place 27-31 October in the capital of Kuwait, where it will be hosted by The Scientific Center of Kuwait (TSCK), one of the first science centers that began operating in the Middle East almost 20 years ago.

NAMES 2018 Pre-Conference Workshops

The science communication field is growing fast in the NAMES region and it is critical for us to learn from best practices around the world. In this light, NAMES 2018 is preceded by TWO Pre-conference Workshops that focus on capacity building in specific areas critical to the growth of science centers and museums. One workshop focuses on exhibits development and the other is about streamlining your content and strategy to attract visitors and stay relevant.

Success Stories
