In light of the current and evolving regional circumstances, NAMES Board of Directors, in consultation with our host institution, The Scientific Center of Kuwait (TSCK), has made the prudent decision to postpone NAMES Conference in Kuwait until further notice.

The safety, well-being, and peace of mind of our participants, speakers, exhibitors, and community members remain our highest priority. While our recent network feedback reflected strong enthusiasm for convening, we believe that taking this step is the most responsible course of action at this time.

Information for Delegates, Contributors, and Exhibitors:

• Registration Fees & Exhibition Booths: All paid registration fees and booth rentals will be fully refunded. We will be reaching out directly to registered participants and exhibitors with detailed instructions regarding the refund process.

• Session Contributors: We deeply appreciate the hard work and valuable proposals submitted by our speakers and session leaders. The Program Committee will retain these submissions for future editions as we evaluate timelines for upcoming network gatherings.

Though we are pausing our in-person conference plans for now, NAMES remains steadfast in its mission to connect, support, and inspire science engagement across our region. We look forward to reconnecting with you all online until we are able to convene in person in safer times.
