• To attend NAMES 2018 Conference, online registration is now closed; only Onsite Registration and Payment will be available through the NAMES 2018 Registration Desk at the Bibliotheca Alexandrina Conference Center, as of Monday, 22 October, 9:00, until midday Thursday, 25 October.
• All Attendees, including Speakers and Chairs, are kindly requested to register in order to participate in NAMES 2018 Conference.
• Registration Fees cover the following per participant:

  • Admission to opening and closing ceremonies
  • Admission to all conference sessions
  • Admission to the Exhibition Fair

Accompanying Person

• Accompanying persons cannot register on their own; each must accompany a registered participant.
• The accompanying persons’ fees are USD 75.
• The accompanying person has access to the conference venue and receives the following benefits:
  • Nametag
  • Opening Ceremony
  • Gala Dinner
  • Nocturne
  • One free tour at the Bibliotheca Alexandrina 

*Other than the Opening Ceremony, the accompanying person has no access to any other conference sessions.

Certificate of Participation

The BA Planetarium Science Center will provide NAMES 2018 Participants with a certificate of attendance.
