Bio:
I started my journey with the Children's Museum Jordan in 2014, and I am currently the Development and Fundraising Manager after spending nearly four years in the Museum as the Marketing and Communication Manager.
I graduated from university in 2007 with a Bachelor's degree in marketing, and started my career at the sales and customer service department of the Saudi Arabian Airlines. I then moved to Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Organization in the Marketing and Business Development Department. By the end of 2009, I established "Quality First", a company that provides specialized translation, content writing and graphic design services.
In addition to my passion for writing and designing promotional and media content, my professional experience includes marketing; strategic planning and product development a well as advertising campaigns and sales management.
Abstract:
During the session, I will highlight the vital role of communication in raising funds for the Museum. I will use one of the Museum's successful individual fundraising campaigns as an example to showcase how the theme of the campaign is developed, emphasizing on how the campaign's written and visual content is prepared, designed and directed. The presentation will also include a brief overview of the costs and returns on investment.
