Biography:

Brad works in the International Engagement team at the Natural History Museum where he is responsible for developing and delivering new business for NHM Consulting, as well as overseeing diplomatic relationships. His responsibilities include leading on the identification of opportunities, development of leads, maintenance of professional networks and leading the composition and submission of Museum-wide pitches and contract tenders. Brad has been at the Museum since 2008, previously leading the face-to-face learning teams including the Science Educators, Learning Volunteers and their associated management. He has worked as a primary school teacher; art gallery interpreter and university lecturer. He is a published author having written a children’s book on contemporary art as well as articles on informal learning; and he is currently the Chair for The Facilitation Group – an Ecsite thematic strand exploring informal educator training and professionalisation. Brad has a MEd and in currently completing his doctorate in museology at King’s College London.
